'In The Way Guy' Meme

This is the new meme that has taken over the internet for now. The whole thing started when Redditor SpnkyHappy uploaded a images title ' Tried to get a photo of our proposal...nailed it!' SpnkyHappy who has now been identified as Lanipator . He was proposing his girlfriend at Disney World and an unknown person photobombed the image.
