Yahoo Axis: How does it work

Yahoo have released a web browser that proves that they still have juice when it comes to search. The app is now available for the iPhone, iPad and Desktops. The app is available for Chrome, Firefox and Safari. There was an initial problem with the Chrome extensions - Yahoo had accidentally released a private key which it has since removed. This means you would need to re-install the Chrome extension. The private key is used to confirm that a site was safe to browse and spammers could have used this key to build spammy web apps and give it the safe key. This way they would have been able to game Yahoo Axis. It is taken care of now and you are free to install the Chrome extension.
