If you click the accept button then all your FarmVille stuff gets recycled. This is a good thing because if some gifts and other things in your storage is not used they loose they value. Selling them gives you 0 coins anyway. This option let's get get rid of unnecessary items and cleans up everything for you. This tool can be found on the right hand side of your low tool down in the tool bar. It's the same tool that you use to move things around.
