Treasure Isle Lava Mango

Treasure Isle is building up further anticipation for Fire God Mountain. Just released are Lava Mangoes a free Giftable. To be able to send these to your friends you first need to have reached level 15 at least. Before entering Fire God Mountain you need to stock up on as many Lava Mangoes as possible. Our guess is that you would need the mangoes to move through Fire Mountain. This might be one of the ways to stop the hot lava from having any effect on you.

Your character might not have enough strength to last on Fire God Mountain. So ask you friends to send you Lava Mangoes and stock up on as many as possible and be prepared to  eat them to prevent the hot lava and other hot things from having an effect on you.

Lava Mangoes give you 20 energy inside the fire mountain. You also need to be a level 15 to get these mangoes

Treasure Isle has announced that the Fire God Mountain is soon to erupt. Many players suspect that the only way to get the Rain God on Treasure Isle will be to find it on Fire God Mountain. Till now this has been an unreleased item and this Island is now all set to blow.

The Island has been on the map ever since the game started but no one was allowed. Things are set to change and this Island is going to be unlocked soon. Treasure Isle Adopt an Elephant

So how do you get to find a adoptable elephant on Treasure Isle. As you are in game play there will suddenly be a pop  up saying that you have found a lost elephant and would you like to give it a name. You would need to click yes and publish this to your wall and your friends walls. You friends can then click on the published post and get the elephant. You however will not be able to get the elephant by clicking on your own wall post. You would need to wait for a friend to find the elephant and publisher this. You would then need to click on the story on your wall to get the lost elephant. Even then you need to be among the first people to click on the wall link to get an elephant.

Once you save an elephant you can then sell it for 1.000 coins. This is an offer being run on Treasure Isle and ends on June 1.

Treasure Isle what the game is about

Studio head Jeremy Verba reveals the mysteries of Treasure Isle

Loading_pirateOn April 1, Zynga released its newest game, Treasure Isle. The online game, in which players sail to different islands to dig for treasure chests filled with rare artifacts and jewels, is gaining buzz as an addictive addition to Zynga's other top game FarmVille,Cafe World, and Mafia Wars.

Treasure Isle combines some of the best gaming elements of Zynga's most successful hits. Players can harvest plants and trees and decorate their own islands similar to the way players do in FarmVille. And like Mafia WarsTreasure Isle players must fill their energy levels to perform missions such as searching for treasure with friends.

Treasure's general manager Jeremy Verba sat down with us to discuss the evolution of social gaming, Indiana Jones, and why digging is fun.

Q: What exactly is Treasure Isle

JV: The game is about traveling the world to find buried treasure. For some, the exploration will be the most appealing, and for others, it's a relaxing escape. Have you heard the tropical steel drum music that accompanies game play? I wish I were on my island right now.

Q: Why would someone want to do that?

JV: Digging is fun. Currently, you get to use picks, shovels, and machetes to look for treasures and build collections of jewels and artifacts. The sounds of digging are very visceral and are different depending on which tool you use. When you find a treasure box, your avatar jumps up and you have to open the box to see what you unearthed. When you run out of energy, head back to your island retreat and rest up for your next adventure.

Q: Where does the inspiration for Treasure Isle come from?

JV: We wanted to create a sense of mystery to the game so we thought about different influences like Indiana Jones and Lost and the Swiss Family Robinson. There are elements to this game that appeal to a broad range of players like the adventurer, the billionaire hunting for rare jewels, or the vacationer who enjoys being on a deserted island.

Q: Does that mean Treasure Isle players will find mystery hatches and polar bears on their own islands?

JV: Well, that's pretty close to Lost. There's going to be a lot of fun features coming out that highlight mystery and different genres. Users will be able to visit Atlantis, a pirate island and the Mayan ruins. You have to unlock new ways to travel to these new worlds.

Q: Sounds mysterious. How does this game compare to FarmVille

JV: Social gaming is constantly evolving. We are just entering the next inning of social gaming. WithTreasure, our goal is to weave game play elements like harvesting and decorating and energy bars together. This requires a balance of providing users with both a compelling experience and a satisfying experience. That's not an easy thing to do. But I think the social gaming industry is raising the bar in delivering both aspects.

Q: Tell us about the  team that created this game.

JV:  This is a classic example of of how Zynga operates and makes great games. A third of our team is Zynga veterans who bring institutional knowledge and the rest of our team is made up great, young entrepreneurs from a couple of acquisitions. I like to say we have the best of all worlds.

How to delete or remove Treasure Isle from Facebook.

There are two things people are worried about. If you simply want to delete notifications coming to your wall from these games you would need to hover over the upper right hand side of the notification when it arrives and the option "Hide" appears. Simply click hide and the notifications will then be stopped.

This was you can continue your game and not get the notifications.

If you want to delete the game from your application settings you would need to do the following

1. Account
2. Privacy Preferences
3. Click on 'edit your settings' under "Apps and Websites"
4. Beside Apps you use please click on 'edit Settings'
5. Click on 'edit' beside Apps you use
5. Click on Treasure Isle or the (X) mark beside the App
6. Click on Remove
7. Confirm Remove

By removing the game completely you will now no more be able to play it. So you need to decide if you want to remove the game application completely or simply hide notifications.

Treasure Isle Barrel of Fun

Treasure Isle has three new barrels of fun that are washing up to shore. These barrels can be found in the "Free Gifts" tab and can be sent to all your friends. The Barrel gifts include a plain " Iron Band Barrel", "Blue Barrel" which is decorated with yellow and white flowers and the "Wine barrel" decorated with purple grapes. All nice additions for your home island.

These barrels do not wash up to your island but are actually found on the "Free Gifts" page and can be sent as gifts.

Treasure Isle Fire Pit

Treasure Isle Adventures can now quickly level up to 100. Alone on an Island you definitely need a fire pit to keep yourself warm during the nights. Treasure Isle have ensured that you can easily level up to 100 and get a move on in the game. Once you level up to 100 you can get a fire pit, lava rock and flower garden are now available.

The Level cap has been increased from 50 to 100.

As of now there aren't any maps that have a level requirement higher than 50, but some are undoubtedly in the works. The level increase is arriving just in time – although regular players are probably somewhere in the 20s or low 30s, the most hardcore players are already at or very close to level 50.

Zynga launches new Facebook game Treasure Isle

Zynga made this announcement about their new game Treasure Isle

Check out our new game, Treasure Isle! Explore the exotic locales of Treasure Isle as you hunt for lost jewels and artifacts! Design a tropical oasis on your very own private island! Sail to neighboring islands and unearth buried treasure to share with friends!

Zynga just launched a new treasure hunting game. The new game is called Treasure Isle and like most of Zynga’s new games, it has YoVille’s avatars.

Here’s the official description:

“Become the most famous treasure hunter in the world! In Treasure Isle, you dig for rare and valuable treasure with your friends. Earn money, explore strange places, and decorate your very own island as you explore the world of Treasure Isle!”

The game has very relaxing theme beach music that will most probably get you carried away  and make you spend more time playing. I kept Treasure Isle running while updating YoVille Lounge and it helped me go through your stressful complaints. Maybe this is what YoVille players need, some soothing music.

Make sure to try this new game on your weekend. It looks good.

In short, Treasure Isle is about digging up treasure chests, opening them to get treasure, coins and experience points.  You then level up, gain more money, and decorate your island.  Your neighbors in the game can help you by giving you items you want: you create a wish list of items you like, and they send you the free gifts you need.  The game is reminiscent of another game on the social gaming scene, “Treasure Madness”, but has a bunch of innovative features that set it apart.

treasureisle

The graphics are big and fantastic, and the overhead map that shows you all the islands that are available really makes the game feel expansive, which is a lot of fun, and adds to the sense of escape in this game.  We’ll take a deeper look and full review of the game in the coming weeks, as the game goes through its first month adjustments, but so far we’re a fan.  Also, have to say that the music in this game is just as relaxing as the music in Safari Kingdom.  These social gaming composers are really hitting the mark.
