Facebook's Activity Log is the place to find all your posts and posts that friends have tagged you in. This is the place to go to when you want to review all the posts you have on your Timeline. How to filter Facebook posts using Activity log

Facebook Timeline takes some getting used to and all users have not yet made the shift. Once thing that you need to do before getting your Timeline ready for the public is to make sure you only have stuff on Timeline that you want people to see.
