Facebook Activity Log: How to search

Facebook's Activity Log is the place to find all your posts and posts that friends have tagged you in. This is the place to go to when you want to review all the posts you have on your Timeline. From here you can either allow on Timeline , hide from Timeline or limit your posts to be viewable by only certain people. This is the most important place for you to set all your posts privacy settings. When you go to your Activity Log you can filter all your posts to make them easily searchable. How to filter Facebook posts using Activity log

Facebook Timeline takes some getting used to and all users have not yet made the shift. Once thing that you need to do before getting your Timeline ready for the public is to make sure you only have stuff on Timeline that you want people to see. Filtering your Timeline and going through all your posts to find the ones you want and the ones you don't can be a time consuming process. You can use your activity log however and filter your posts. So let's say you want to find all the videos you have ever posted to Facebook. You can access your activity log and then use the drop-down filter to find all your videos as you posted them chronologically.
