Facebook acquires ShareGrove the Private Group Share Site

ShareGrove essentially let's people create groups and share things. Where everyone in the group sees the same thing at the same time. So if you have created a group and one member posts shares something everyone gets to see it at the same time. If you post something on your wall all members get to see it at the same time.
