On Thursday, Donald Trump will walk into the Great Hall of the People in Beijing, shake Xi Jinping's hand, and declare it a great meeting. There will be announcements. There will be numbers — billions of dollars in Chinese purchase commitments, a new bilateral mechanism with an important-sounding name, possibly a joint statement on Iran. Trump will post on Truth Social. Markets will rally briefly. Pundits will argue about who won. None of that will tell you what actually happened. Paneer Butter Masala Recipe

The recipe: Ingredients 10 ounces of cubed paneer, 2 Tbsp coconut oil, 3 Tbsp cream, 1 Tbsp ginger garlic paste, 2 tsp grated fresh ginger, 4 tomatoes skinned and diced, 1 Tbsp cashew butter, 4 curry leaves or a bay leaf, 2 cinnamon sticks, 1 black cardamom pod remove husk, 2 green cardamon pods remove husk, 3 chilies, 1 tsp ground coriander, 1 tsp garam masala, 1 tsp red chili powder, 1/2 tsp ground cumin, 1.5 cups water, 3 Tbsp butter, 1/4 cup fresh coriander chopped. Add the coconut oil to pot and heat. Add the cinnamon sticks, curry leaves and cardamom seeds to oil and cook for two minutes. Add the onions and cook until translucent then add the ginger garlic paste and cook until raw smell is gone. Add the peppers and diced tomatoes and cook for three more minutes.
