Web App Screencast-O-Matic is a Java based program that lets you capture video of your screen easily. Since it is a web based app there is nothing to download and you don't need to sign-up for an account. Simple access the app on the web and click on 'Start Recording' wait for 1.2.3 and you're good to go. This is one app that is showing a lot of promise and is very easy to use.
