Facebook and myspace refuse to enbed 'report abuse' button

Reports indicate that both facebook and myspace have refused to embed a 'report abuse' button. This is a button that can be installed that once clicked will do the following. "According to a report in New Scientist, the Child Exploitation and Online Protection Centre (CEOP) has devised the free “abuse button” that would link children and teenagers to advice and put them in contact with counsellors and law enforcement officers" And both sites have claimed that due to technical issues this cannot be done.
