Poutine is a common Quebec dish, originating in Quebec, made with french fries, topped with a light brown gravy-like sauce and cheese curds. It can now be found across Canada, in some places in the northern United States and even in the UK. The dish definitely has an exotic look and is described in the same way in other parts of the world. [ Image Source ]
