This is one of their newest chips with great power-efficiency and contains a single core. It will be available in devices during the first half of 2012. Intel tablets and smartphones will be based on Google's Android Software and now their own internal MeeGo. So you can expect to see Intel-Based phones in the first half of 2011 and they will initially be running on Android Gingerbread and later transition to Ice-cream Sandwich.
