If you've got a new device then this post will help you get started downloading apps on the Samsung Galaxy S2. To download apps you will have to access the Android Market now known as the Google Play Store. There are a lot of apps available and a lot of them are free. If there is a free app you find all you need to do is to hit the download button and you can get the app on your device. So here's how to get started on your new SmartPhone.
1. On your home-screen tap on the 'Market' icon.
2. If this is your first time at the Google Play store you will need to accept the terms and conditions.
3. Search for a specific app by using the search bar or browse through the selections on the front page
4. Once you find an app you like, you have the option to tap install if it's a free app. If the app is a paid app you would need to tap on the buy icon. enter details and purchase the app.
clicking on a free app will download the app onto your device and you can choose from games, films, music etc.
