FormSwift’s  Free PDF Editor  ( formswift.com/edit-pdf ) is a convenient and user-friendly web tool that you can easily access through any browser to edit and sign all of your PDF documents.   To begin, you can upload your files by clicking the “Select a PDF to Upload” button, or directly drag-and-dropping your file into the dotted box.
