Should this pilot have landed or aborted?

Strong winds still lingering from hurricane Gonzalo made this landing a very difficult one in Madeira airport in Portugal. Some say aborted landings are safer than bad landings, while other say all landings are safe landings. Check out the video and see for yourself, the way the winds threw the plane around.
