These new dishes are for the Cafe World Pros if you are at level 75 or higher these new dishes are avoidable for you to cook.  To start cooking now you need to click on the advanced cookbook tab in your game to get started.  Chicken Vindaloo is an old Anglo-Indian dish that is quiet spicey and served hot. Osso buco  is practically an Italian recipe staple Confit de canard  (preserved duck) is another of those things that is often almost impossible to get outside of France Kabayaki   is a generic Japanese term for a dish of seafood which is filleted, boned and dipped in a sweet soy sauce-base sauce before broiled on a grill.
