Found on Zune's Twitter post. The Zune HD is here. Now the Zune faithful will be able to Tweet in Glorious HD thanks to Microsoft. The free app is now available via Zune software over a wireless connection. Unfortunately thought the Facebook updates will still need to be done the old fashion way.
