How to remove Facebook Subscribe from your profile


If you have opened up your profile to the public and have added Facebook Subscribe then by now if you post regular updates you must have gathered a number of subscribers. For those who enjoy it, this is a nice way to share. But if you do not want to have subscribers who are not your friends. You would need to turn Facebook Subscribe off. This is fairly easy to do and should not take too much of your time. If you do want to stop, remove, turn-off Facebook subscribe, you need to remember that users on Facebook will no longer be able to follow your public status updates.

 

How to remove Facebook Subscribe 

1. Login to Facebook

2. Click on your name which takes you to your profile page

3. Click on the subscribers link found below your photo

4. On the top right-hand corner of your profile you will find 'Edit Settings'

5. Click on it and from the drop-down menu you would need to click on 'Off' beside 'Subscribers'

Allow people other than your friends to subscribe to your public updates'

6. Click on Okay and you're done.
