Facebook has rolled out a new feature which seems kinda handy when it comes to relationships and anniversaries. With the tendency to forget their anniversary dates (dominated by the male members of society) Facebook has come up with an event feature that's got this covered. So those of you in a relationship can now plug in the day their love affair began. Facebook will then send both of these users a reminder in the form of an event when it's coming up.
Over time Facebook says they would like to also surface the anniversaries of your friends so you can congratulate them too.
The display of your anniversary date will follow the same privacy settings that you set for your relationship status
