How to Add Google Adsense to Google Sites

Google Sites is a free services that allows uses to create webpages and entire websites in short, quick and easy steps. Adsense is a program again by Google that helps website publishers to monetize their websites and earn money from it. There are over 1 million website publishers that currently use this program to generate revenue. Adsense shows targeted ads that  might be of interest to people who visit a site and if an Ad is clicked a website publisher earns money.


Adsense is currently the best program available on the internet to help you monetize your website. Google Sites has now made it easy for people using this service to automatically use Adsense and show Ads on their sites.


How to Add Google Adsense to Google Sites



  1. Click the More actions drop-down menu at the top right of your site, and select Manage site.



  2. Click Monetize on the left side of the page.


  3. Click the Monetize this site button. (Click on image to enlarge)



  4. Create a new AdSense account or use an existing account. Follow the instructions, depending on the radio button you select.


Once you've enabled AdSense, go to any of your site's pages in the edit mode, click Insert, and select AdSense to insert ads within your page. You can also choose to have ads displayed in your global sidebar.
