To do this is fast quick and easy and you get to keep a record of all the information you share on Google Plus. This means that you can backup all your Picasa web albums and photos. You cna also save all your Buzz Posts and download all your contacts and circles. Choosing to do so will download all the info in zip files which you can later open and use whenever you want.


How to download all your profile information on Google+
1. login to Google+
2. Click on the cog icon on the top right-hand corner. 
3. Click on Google+ settings
4. On the right you will find the option 'Data Liberation'
